Abstract
Atlántica S.R.L. es una compañía familiar, dedicada al comercio de sacos para uso
industrial, su lugar en el mercado es fundamental para garantizar un eslabón en la cadena de
suministro. Su objetivo es incrementar su participación a nivel nacional para ser más
competitivos, sin embargo, es importante fortalecer aspectos necesarios para ser más
eficientes en el negocio. Lo que conlleva a resolver: la desaceleración de las ventas, la caída
de la productividad, baja rotación de lista de mercadería terminada y alto stock de producción
en proceso; para lograr la optimización de los procesos industriales.
Luego de listar los problemas, se determinó que la caída de la productividad es el
problema clave a abordar, luego de la valoración de los problemas reconocidos en la matriz
de complejidad versus beneficio. Por tal motivo, es imprescindible dar soluciones concretas a
este aspecto para evitar incurrir en pérdidas económicas y en la participación en el mercado
nacional. Por ello, se han realizado diferentes estudios que se detallan a continuación:
Diagrama Gantt, factores claves de éxito, Balanced Scorecard, Análisis de inversión
destinada a la implementación y presupuesto de costos. Con relación a los resultados
esperados se obtuvieron beneficios cualitativos y cuantitativos. Con respecto al aspecto
cualitativo, la implementación de alternativas de mejora implicará llevar un correcto control
de la documentación, para el sistema de aseguramiento de la calidad. Luego en el aspecto
cuantitativo se analizó: Escenario optimista, el VAN es 156,238.70, la TIR es 45.49%. Por
otro lado, en el escenario pesimista, el VAN es 42,028.15, la TIR es 25.03%.
Atlántica S.R.L. is a family company, dedicated to the trade of bags for industrial use, its place in the market is essential to guarantee a link in the supply chain. Its objective is to increase its participation at the national level to be more competitive, however, it is important to strengthen necessary aspects to be more efficient in the business. What leads to solve: the slowdown in sales, the fall in productivity, low rotation of the list of finished merchandise and high stock of production in process; to achieve the optimization of industrial processes. After listing the problems, it was determined that the drop in productivity is the key problem to be addressed, after evaluating the problems recognized in the complexity versus benefit matrix. For this reason, it is essential to provide concrete solutions to this aspect to avoid incurring economic losses and participation in the national market. For this reason, different studies have been carried out that are detailed below: Gantt diagram, key success factors, Balanced Scorecard, Investment analysis for implementation and cost budget. In relation to the expected results, qualitative and quantitative benefits were obtained. With respect to the qualitative aspect, the implementation of improvement alternatives will imply proper documentation control for the quality assurance system. Then, in the quantitative aspect, it was analyzed: Optimistic scenario, the NPV is 156,238.70, the IRR is 45.49% and the recovery time of the investment in the 1° year. On the other hand, in the pessimistic scenario, the NPV is 42,028.15, the IRR is 25.03%.
