Distress, a global health problem, affects well-being and productivity, which causes deterioration in quality of life. In Latin America, its impact is growing due to the lack of spaces that promote balance between personal and professional life. In Lima, aspects such as working conditions, work pressure and instability have increased the demand for natural alternatives that help mitigate the psychosomatic effects caused by negative stress and that also promote habits that improve physical and mental health in a quick, accessible and pleasant way. To design the proposal, the design thinking methodology and other agile tools were used in order to get a better understanding of the target audience, their needs, desires and expectations and thus create a people-centered solution. Likewise, to validate the hypotheses, quantitative research methods were applied, such as the survey that responded to how much? This with the aim of reducing interpretation biases and thus being able to make better strategic decisions. The present study evaluated the feasibility of the Amaté business model, a Tea House focused on offering specialized products and services to mitigate the effects of distress. The analysis projects an annual 10% growth in customer acquisition, with an initial investment of $175,000 USD. The financial assessment estimates a shareholder NPV of $1,245,358 USD and an IRR of 111%, exceeding capital cost expectations. Furthermore, the financing strategy and marketing management enhance the project's economic and social sustainability and profitability, confirming its value generation and successful market entry, positioning it for consolidation within the Peruvian market.
