Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo comparar el nivel de conocimiento sobre el juego
simbólico en el desarrollo del lenguaje oral entre las docentes de educación inicial de colegios estatales
de distritos de las regiones Lima y Junín.
Este estudio es de tipo descriptivo comparativo y la muestra estuvo conformada por 61 docentes, 31
docentes del distrito de Lurigancho, de la región Lima y 30 docentes de los distritos de Junín y
Carhuamayo, de la región Junín.
El instrumento se constituyó de un cuestionario validado por un grupo de expertos y se consideraron las
dimensiones de juego simbólico, lenguaje oral y rol del docente. Al analizar la aplicación del
instrumento, se alcanzó un valor de 0,85, lo que indica un nivel de confiabilidad alta. Los resultados
obtenidos a través de la aplicación del instrumento demuestran que no hay diferencias significativas entre
el nivel de conocimiento que poseen las docentes del nivel inicial, de las regiones Lima y Junín, sobre el
juego simbólico en el desarrollo del lenguaje oral. Asimismo, se encontró que las docentes de nivel
inicial, de ambas regiones, Lima y Junín, alcanzan niveles medios de conocimiento sobre el juego
simbólico en el desarrollo del lenguaje oral.
The objective of this research is to compare the level of knowledge regarding symbolic game in the development of oral language among the teachers of preschool of public schools in the districts of Lima and Junín regions. This study is of a comparative descriptive type and the sample consisted of 61 teachers, 31 teachers from the district of Lurigancho, in the region of Lima and 30 teachers from the districts of Junín and Carhuamayo, in the Junín region. The instrument consisted of a questionnaire validated by a group of experts and the dimensions of symbolic play, oral language and the role of the teacher were considered. When analyzing the application of the instrument, a value of 0.85 was reached, which indicates a high level of reliability. The results obtained through the application of the instrument show that there are no significant differences between the level of knowledge that the teachers of preschool, from the Lima and Junín regions, have about the symbolic game in the development of oral language. Likewise, it was found that the preschool teachers, from both regions, Lima and Junín, reach average levels of knowledge about the symbolic game in the development of oral language.
