Resumen
La creciente demanda de estacionamientos en zonas urbanas, especialmente en distritos con
alta densidad vehicular como San Isidro, representa un desafío significativo para los
conductores. La falta de espacios seguros y accesibles, aunado a las tarifas elevadas y la
dificultad para encontrar estacionamiento en la vía pública, generan frustración y pérdida de
tiempo.
Para abordar esta problemática, planteamos a través de la tecnología ofrecer una alternativa
innovadora a través de un aplicativo móvil que permitirá a los conductores localizar y
reservar estacionamientos en tiempo real.
Esta solución no solo busca contribuir a una mejor gestión del tráfico y reducir la congestión
vehicular, si no busca mejorar la experiencia del usuario al facilitar la búsqueda y reserva de
estacionamiento.
Por otro lado, los resultados financieros muestran que el negocio tiene un valor actual neto
(VAN) de S/ 239.523,31; (VANS) de S/ 249,761.49 por los cinco años analizados, una tasa
interna de retorno (TIR) de 54.32% e (IRS) de 148.78%, indicando que es un modelo viable y
genera valor.
The growing demand for parking in urban areas, especially in districts with high vehicle density such as San Isidro, poses a significant challenge for drivers. The lack of safe and accessible parking spaces, combined with high fees and the difficulty of finding street parking, leads to frustration and wasted time. To address this issue, we propose leveraging technology to offer an innovative alternative through a mobile application that allows drivers to locate and reserve parking spaces in real time. This solution not only aims to contribute to better traffic management and reduce vehicle congestion, but also seeks to enhance the user experience by simplifying the search and reservation of parking. On the other hand, financial results show that the business has a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 239.523,31 over the five-year analysis period, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 54.32% and (IRS) 148.78%; indicating that it is a viable model that creates value.
