Nivel de conocimiento de los docentes de una institución educativa inicial privada sobre el desarrollo y dificultades léxico semánticas en preescolares

Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar el nivel de
conocimiento de los docentes de las sedes del nido La Casa Amarilla sobre el
desarrollo y dificultades léxico semánticas en preescolares. La muestra está
conformada por 60 docentes con carreras profesionales de educación y psicología,
que laboran en cinco sedes del nido La Casa Amarilla, ubicadas en San Isidro,
Angamos, La Paz, Surco y San Miguel. Se construye un cuestionario de 30
preguntas, el cual evalúa el nivel de conocimiento sobre desarrollo y dificultades
léxico semánticas en preescolares. El instrumento se valida por un grupo de
expertos. Al aplicar la prueba piloto se alcanza un coeficiente de confiabilidad de
0.65, a través de la técnica de Kuder-Richardson 20. Se obtiene que las docentes
lograron un nivel medio de conocimiento sobre el desarrollo y dificultades léxico
semánticas en preescolares. No se encuentran diferencias significativas entre las
docentes de las sedes en cuanto al nivel de conocimiento sobre el desarrollo y
dificultades léxico semánticas en preescolares.
The purpose of the present research is to identify the teacher’s level of knowledge at La Casa Amarilla kindergarden on lexical semantic development and lexical semantic difficulties in preschoolers. The sample is made up of 60 teachers with professional careers in education and psychology, who work in five locations of La Casa Amarilla kindergarden, located in San Isidro, Angamos, La Paz, Surco and San Miguel. A questionnaire of 30 questions is constructed, which evaluates the level of knowledge about lexical semantic development and difficulties in preschoolers. The instrument is validated by a group of experts. When the pilot test is applied, a reliability coefficient of 0.65 was reached, through the Kuder-Richardson 20 technique. It is obtained that the teachers achieved an average level of knowledge about lexical semantic development and difficulties in preschoolers. No significant differences are found between the teachers of the different headquarters in terms of knowledge’s level about lexical semantic development and difficulties in preschoolers.
