Abstract

Regarding the methodology, a qualitative approach was taken considering concepts of empowerment, multiculturalism, and sorority for content analysis. In this way, the four main female characters were analyzed through content analysis matrices. The conclusions indicated that both the protagonists and one antagonist present characteristics that align with contemporary feminism, showing them as empowered, multicultural and sororal women.
