Abstract
transporte de carga a nivel nacional; para lo cual se tuvo que; investigar sobre los problemas;
The main customers who need their cargo to be transported are the production companies, marketing companies and occasional customers; these face the problem of finding a supplier, negotiating the conditions of the service and following up on the goods. For this reason, this project proposes the creation of an application that connects suppliers with customers of the freight transport service at the national level, for which it was necessary to: investigate the problems; organise the needs of the users; prototype the PMV of the Completa Mi Carga application; test the hypotheses of the value proposition and the application; and design and validate the desirability, feasibility, viability, relevance and profitability of the solution. Of the sample of carriers interviewed, there is a willingness to pay between 10.9% to 11.3% of the commission; while, of the customers, 48.3% are willing to use the platform and 42.0% might use it. In order for the solution to be viable, 500 user providers are needed who make at least four trips per month. To implement this project a budget of S/306,500.00 is needed, 60% will be covered by the shareholders and the other 40% with long-term financing. The cost of capital is 16.7%, the WACC is 13.97%, an NPV of S/2,170,016 and an IRR of 58.9%. The investment recovery period is four years. This business model has social relevance because it mobilises five SDG targets, which are measured in the model with the business indicators of customer conversion cost, carrier conversion, sales profitability, R&D share and market share. Furthermore, it adds value to society because it has a Social NPV of S/ 5,344,702 and the Financial NPV represents 49.67% of the Social NPV.
