Modelo Prolab: Ayni Group, servicio de reclutamiento masivo de trabajadores a partir del fortalecimiento de sus capacidades en las actividades críticas en los procesos de las empresas agroindustriales

Abstract
El sector agroindustrial se ha tornado altamente competitivo en la última década, ello ha
permitido que las empresas mejoren la calidad de los productos, ante la creciente demanda
mundial. A nivel nacional las empresas del sector siguen creciendo en producción, se
diversifican cada vez más y tienen la dificultad para realizar el reclutamiento masivo de mano de
obra con experiencia en actividades críticas para sus procesos industriales y agrícolas. Por otro
lado, el personal obrero agroindustrial no tiene continuidad laboral, debido a son contratados son
periodos estacionales (por campaña), además, los trabajadores en su mayoría solo tienen
experiencia en un cultivo específico, lo que les limita a tener mayores oportunidades de empleo.
El presente proyecto busca que el trabajador agroindustrial logre mejorar la calidad de
vida y de su familia, para ello se requiere que mejore su empleabilidad, a través de
entrenamientos en diferentes cultivos, permitiéndoles tener una continuidad laboral durante el
año. Así mismo, las empresas agroindustriales que contraten el servicio tendrán una mejora en su
productividad para la obtención de la materia prima, tanto en costos como en tiempos, con el
personal entrenado que se ofrece; además de ayudar a simplificar el proceso de reclutamiento.
El servicio es innovador, ya que actualmente el mercado no cuenta con alguna empresa
de reclutamiento masivo que ofrezca al cliente mano de obra entrenada tanto para los procesos
agrícolas como industriales. Lo que permitirá tener una sostenibilidad financiera, debido a la
creciente demanda de trabajadores que existe en el sector, sobre todo la deseabilidad de las
agroindustrias por contar con personal entrenado.
Como parte de la validación de factibilidad realizada con la prueba Montecarlo,
obteniendo un 96.94% de probabilidad, además que la razón entre Valor del Tiempo de Vida del
Cliente y Costo de Adquisición del Cliente (VTVC/CAC) sea mayor a 3, con un nivel de confianza mayor al 70%. Del estudio realizado, se ha podido determinar que el proyecto cuenta
con una inversión inicial de S/ 150,000, un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de S/ 4,118,640 y un VAN
social de S/ 1,597,310, lo cual tendrá un impacto positivo en el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible
(ODS) 8, con un Índice de relevancia social (IRS) del 80%. Se llegó a la conclusión que el
proyecto es viable, según los mostrado, que puede ser sostenible y rentable debido que tiene
posibilidades de ponerse en marcha; además es factible.
The agro-industrial sector has become highly competitive in the last decade, which has allowed companies to improve the quality of their products, due to the growing world demand. In Perú, companies in the sector continue to grow in production, diversify more and more but have the difficulty to carry out the massive recruitment of experienced labor in crucial activities for their industrial and agricultural processes. On the other hand, agro-industrial workers do not have job continuity, because they are hired for seasonal periods (by campaigns). Furthermore, most of the workers only have experience in a specific crop, which reduces their chances of having better employment opportunities. The project seeks for agro-industrial workers to improve their standard of living and that of their family; to do this, it is necessary to improve their employability through training in different crops which will allow them to have continuity of work during the year. Likewise, with the trained workers that it offers, the agro-industrial companies that contract the service will improve their productivity both in cost and time to obtain the raw material, in addition to having a simplified recruitment process. Service is innovative, the market sector does not have a massive recruitment company currently that offers workers trained for both agricultural and industrial processes. It will allow us to have financial sustainability, due to the growing demand for workers in the sector, especially the desire of agro-industries to have trained workers. As part of the feasibility validation carried out with the Montecarlo test, a probability of 96.94% was obtained as a result, that the ratio between Customer Lifetime Value and Customer Acquisition Cost (CLV/CAC) is greater than 3 and confidence level greater than 70%. Based on the study carried out, it has been possible to determine that the project has an initial investment of S/ 150,000, a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 4,118,640 and a social NPV of S/ 1,597,310, which positively impacts the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 8, with a Social Relevance Index (SRI) of 80%. It was concluded that the project is viable, since it has the possibility of starting up. It is also feasible, and according to what has been shown, it can be sustainable and profitable.
