Abstract
El nuevo estilo de vida del consumidor limeño, orientado a una cultura
saludable caracterizada por su preocupación por la calidad de los alimentos
consumidos, llevó al grupo a interesarse en el desarrollo de un Plan de Negocio
de una empresa que ofrezca alternativas para una alimentación sana. El método de
trabajo realizado estuvo orientado a encontrar factores de diferenciación para el
posicionamiento de la marca que identificará a la empresa y al desarrollo un
diagrama de operaciones que promueva la producción y transformación de los
productos ofrecidos al menor costo posible.
Los resultados determinaron que los habitantes de los distritos meta,
pertenecientes a los segmentos alto y medio alto, con promedios de gasto mensual
en alimentos de S/. 1,182 y de S/. 787 nuevos soles, respectivamente, estarían
interesados en consumir los alimentos ofrecidos; por lo que la empresa de
denominación Orgánica S.A.C. tendría la oportunidad de satisfacer a 88,387
clientes potenciales, mediante sus características de diferenciación: (a) calidad
certificada, (b) sabor agradable y (c) precios competitivos. El estimado de ventas
potenciales anuales varía entre 70 y 154 toneladas, a través de su presencia física
con una tienda ubicada en el distrito de Santiago de Surco y su presencia virtual,
representada por su página web.
Finalmente, se pudo determinar también que sólo en el primer año de
funcionamiento podría tener (a) una capacidad de producción anual de 25.61
toneladas por hectárea, (b) una participación de mercado del 1% y (c) un retorno
de inversión de S/. 0.91 por cada nuevo sol invertido en el primer año, a pesar de
poseer un nivel de riesgo alto. En un futuro cercano, Orgánica S.A.C. proyectaría

su expansión a los otros distritos que compartan las características
socioeconómicas de sus clientes meta.
The new lifestyle of the Lima consumers is characterized by a health conscious culture, concerned by the quality of the food consumed. The group took an interest in developing a business plan, in creating a company that offers a natural and organic food for these new groups of consumers. A study of exploratory scope was done, where the field work, through qualitative and quantitative methods, was designed to identify factors that could differentiate the brand, positioning it in such a way that it would represent the company, as well as to develop a flow chart of operations that promotes the production and processing of products offered at the lowest possible cost. The results showed that families in the target districts, belonging to the high and medium-high socioeconomic segments, with average monthly expenditure on food of S /.1, 182 and S /.787, respectively, would be interested in consuming the food offered. The company, named Orgánica S. A. C., would have the opportunity to satisfy 88,387 potential customers, through its characteristics of differentiation: (a) certified quality, (b) enjoyable taste and (c) competitive prices. Estimated potential annual sales range between 70 and 154 tons. The company plans on having a store, located in the district of Santiago de Surco as well as a website.
