Abstract
Según la Dirección del Libro y la Lectura del Ministerio de Cultura (2019) del Perú, el
peruano promedio lee menos de un libro al año, convirtiéndose la falta de lectura en un
importante problema social que el presente trabajo busca atender, brindando una solución de
negocio socialmente responsable en el Perú, con la capacidad de extenderse luego a otros países
de la región que tienen un problema similar. La idea de negocio planteada busca fomentar el
hábito de la lectura en niños con edades entre los cinco y siete años a través de cuentos,
personajes, juegos y actividades cautivadoras.
Animaleo es el nombre de la idea de negocio con un VAN de S/3’518,558.15 proyectado
a cinco años y la solución se compone de una serie de cuentos infantiles atractivos para los niños
y una aplicación digital desde la cual, los menores podrán interactuar con las historias narradas
en los libros utilizando un dispositivo móvil como un celular o una tableta. La aplicación contará
con funciones de realidad aumentada, audiolibro, juegos y trivias que buscarán atraer al niño a
no dejar de leer el libro, fomentando de esta manera el hábito de la lectura
Además de alinearse al objetivo de desarrollo sostenible número 4 que busca garantizar
una educación de calidad y promover el hábito de la lectura en el Perú dando un VAN social de
839,334 USD a 5 años, Animaleo es un negocio rentable que aprovecha la tercerización de
servicios y la tecnología para la operación del negocio, dándole capacidades de crecimiento
exponencial. Animaleo es una alternativa para aquellos padres que buscan el desarrollo
intelectual de sus hijos, entregando cuentos, personajes y juegos que harán de la lectura algo
divertido, rescatando lo mejor de la lectura tradicional para complementarlo con tecnología
moderna.
According to the Directorate of Books and Reading of the Ministry of Culture (2019) from Peru, the average Peruvian reads less than one book a year, transforming the lack of reading into an important social problem that this paper seeks to address, presenting a socially relevant responsible business solution in Peru, having the capacity to later spread to other countries in the region with a similar problem. The proposed business idea seeks to promote the reading habit in children between the ages of 5 and 7 through captivating stories, characters, games, and activities. Animaleo is the name of the business idea that has a VAN of S/3’518,558.15 projected in 5 years, and the solution consists of a series of stories for kids that are attractive to children, and a digital application from which minors can interact with the stories narrated in the books using a mobile device such as a smartphone, or a tablet. The application will have augmented reality, audiobook, games, and trivia functions that will seek to attract the child to continue reading the book, thus promoting the habit of reading. In addition to aligning with the sustainable development objective number 4 that seeks to guarantee quality education and promote the habit of reading in Peru giving a Social VAN of 839,334 USD in 5 years, Animaleo is a profitable business that takes advantage of outsourcing services and technology for business operation, giving it exponential growth capabilities.
