Abstract
Encanto mío es una empresa peruana especializada en belleza, su objetivo es ofrecer
productos de alta calidad en maquillaje, cuidado de la piel y accesorios de belleza al mercado
local, importando estos productos de países como Estados Unidos, Corea del Sur y Canadá. Así
mismo, los productos ofrecidos son innovadores y poco comercializados en Perú, por lo que eso
se ha convertido en un diferenciador importante para la empresa.
Sin embargo, esta consultoría identificó varios problemas clave que afectan a la empresa,
como la falta de un nuevo canal electrónico que facilite el comercio a nivel nacional, seguido en
una falta de estandarización de procesos y con ello un deficiente control de inventario, y
finalmente, un plan de marketing inadecuado, el cual requiere de estrategias correctas para lograr
posicionarse en un mercado mucho más competitivo.
Se propone un plan para abordar estos problemas, las cuales se detallan a continuación y
con ello se espera aumentar las ventas anuales de la empresa en un 15%: (a) crear una tienda web
que permita realizar compras a nivel nacional las 24 horas del día, con el fin de establecer un
nuevo canal de venta, (b) establecer procesos estandarizados y un sistema de control de
inventario para mejorar la gestión de la empresa, (c) desarrollar un plan de marketing completo
que incluya estrategias para los productos, precios, ubicaciones y opciones de venta, así como
estrategias promocionales efectivas.
De esta manera, con una inversión de S/ 15,000.00, se estima que el Valor Actual Neto
(VAN) proyectado será de S/ 344,967.00, con una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) del 304%. Por
lo tanto, se demuestra que el plan propuesto es financieramente viable y será significativamente
beneficioso a Encanto Mío.

However, this consultancy identified several key problems that affect the company, such as the lack of a new electronic channel that facilitates commerce at a national level, followed by a lack of standardization of processes and with it poor inventory control, and finally, an inadequate marketing plan, which requires correct strategies to position itself in a much more competitive market. A plan is proposed to address these problems, which are detailed below and with this it is expected to increase the company's annual sales by 15%: (a) creation of a web store that allows purchases to be made nationwide 24 hours a day, in order to establish a new sales channel, (b) establish standardized processes and an inventory control system to improve company management, and (c) develop a comprehensive marketing plan that includes strategies for products, pricing, locations and selling options, as well as effective promotional strategies. Furthermore, with an investment of S/ 15,000.00, the projected Net Present Value (NPV) is estimated to be S/ 344,967.00, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 304%.
