realizadas.
The proposed business model is presented as a sustainable solution to the current problem faced by artisans, which is the difficulty in accessing competitive markets where they can showcase and sell their products. The proposal consists of transforming their business model through a comprehensive professionalization service that enables them to improve key aspects of the value chain such as production, logistics, and marketing. This will allow them to position their products in target markets, generate additional income through recurring sales in new markets, and ultimately improve their quality of life. In the first phase, the proposal is to implement an effective commercial strategy that will allow artisans located in La Encantada to recover the sales level they achieved before the pandemic. The initial emphasis is on the commercial aspect, as it is essential to build trust, and the best way to do so is to provide additional income to the artisans. In the second phase, the proposal seeks to comprehensively professionalize the artisan community. The suggested business model is socially responsible, impacts SDG 8.2, is scalable, and projects financial sustainability during its first 5 years of existence. The initial capital required for the business is S/ 272,199.00 Soles, distributed as follows: 40% through a bank loan and the remaining 60% contributed by shareholders. This initial capital will cover expenses related to digital assets and initial working capital. Based on the projections, the company estimates a Financial Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 3,173,450.00 Soles and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 545%.
