Resumen
La Empresa de transporte N&V SAC enfrenta desafíos significativos en la satisfacción
del cliente, la reputación y los costos operativos, evidenciando no conformidades en la prestación
de servicios. Se observan fluctuaciones en los gastos de mantenimiento y costos operativos a lo
largo del año, con febrero y junio como meses críticos. Estas variaciones afectan la rentabilidad,
subrayando la necesidad de abordar desviaciones para mejorar la eficiencia. La gestión de flotas
y la adopción de herramientas digitales emergen como aspectos cruciales para optimizar el
rendimiento operativo y controlar costos, destacando la importancia de seleccionar soluciones
adecuadas en el actual panorama empresarial. La capacidad de adaptación a factores externos,
como la complejidad de los vehículos, retrasos en la obtención de piezas y la inflación, es
esencial para mitigar impactos en los costos de mantenimiento y garantizar la operatividad
efectiva de la flota. La figura del gestor de flota se presenta como vital, y la digitalización se
posiciona como una herramienta clave para mejorar el control y el conocimiento del estado real
de las flotas.
En este contexto, la selección de sistemas de gestión de flotas y herramientas digitales se
vuelve crucial para optimizar el rendimiento, mitigar riesgos y asegurar la sostenibilidad
financiera de la empresa en un entorno empresarial dinámico y desafiante. Esta propuesta tiene
como objetivo contribuir a las metas 8 y 12 de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible,
fomentando un crecimiento económico sostenido y promoviendo prácticas de producción y
consumo responsables.

The ability to adapt to external factors, such as vehicle complexity, delays in obtaining parts, and inflation, is essential to mitigate impacts on maintenance costs and ensure effective fleet operation. The role of the fleet manager is vital, and digitalization is positioned as a key tool to improve control and awareness of the real state of the fleets. In this context, selecting fleet management systems and digital tools becomes crucial to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and ensure the company's financial sustainability in a dynamic and challenging business environment. This proposal aims to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8 and 12 by promoting sustained economic growth and fostering responsible production and consumption practices, ensuring a positive impact on the community and the environment.
