Abstract

Daryza has more than 145 professionals, and has achieved a position itself among the leading companies in the Manufacturing and Commercialization industry, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. This business consulting aims to identify inefficiencies in the production process and obtain opportunities for improvement in its Global Plant Efficiency index, whereby improves its competitiveness. Various interviews went carried out with personnel, leaders of the areas involved in the production process, and company representatives trusting their support during the consultancy to identify the causes of their problem. Once the information is processed and analyzed problem cause is identified thanks to the Ishikawa diagram, which complements the 5 Why tool, which determines the definitive and conclusive cause, stating that Daryza lacks process information to carry out procedures and instructions to improve the company's efficiency. It proposed to create, communicate and deploy digital procedures and instructions that will be available to collaborators through an interface that allows interaction to promote continuous improvement through a collaborative philosophy as a solution to the problem. Likewise, quantify through KPIs the results of the new process adopted, which incorporates the improvements identified from the survey, consolidation, analysis, and review of the current production process. Finally, the implementation of the proposal is expected to generate economic benefits for the company, in an expected scenario, considering a projected NPV of S/230,728, an IRR of 84% and a recovery period of 1.14 years.
