Percepciones de las maestras de inicial de una IE pública de Lima sobre los factores desencadenantes de estrés en la educación remota de emergencia

Resumen
A raíz de la pandemia por el COVID-19, todos los centros educativos tuvieron que
cerrar sus puertas y pasar de la modalidad presencial a la modalidad a distancia. Este
proceso originó que muchos de los actores del sistema se vieran afectados por el
estrés, como es el caso de las maestras de inicial. La pregunta problema que rige este
estudio es: ¿cuáles son las percepciones que tienen las maestras de inicial sobre los
factores desencadenantes de estrés en la educación remota de emergencia?
Asimismo, el objetivo general es describir las percepciones de las maestras de inicial
de una institución educativa pública de Lima sobre los factores desencadenantes del
estrés en la educación remota de emergencia. Esta es una investigación de enfoque
cualitativo y nivel descriptivo. Respecto a las fuentes de información, se contó con la
participación de tres maestras de inicial a cargo de los grupos de tres y cuatro años.
La técnica empleada fue la entrevista y el instrumento fue la guía de entrevista
semiestructurada. Respecto a las conclusiones de este estudio, se pudo conocer que
las maestras presentaron estrés a causa de factores externos, donde se evidencia la
influencia de estímulos de su entorno laboral y social. Como consecuencia de ello,
tuvieron malestares a nivel corporal, como los dolores de cabeza; y a nivel emocional,
la ansiedad.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, all educational centers had to close their doors and go from face-to-face to distance mode. This process originated when many of the actors of the system were affected by stress, as is the case of the initial teachers. The problem question that governs this study is: what are the perceptions that preschool teachers have about the triggers of stress in emergency remote education? Likewise, the general objective is to describe the perceptions of the initial teachers of a public educational institution in Lima about the triggers of stress in emergency remote education. This is research with a qualitative approach and a descriptive level. Regarding the sources of information, there was the participation of three initial teachers in charge of the groups of three and four years. The technique used was the interview and the instrument was the semi-structured interview guide. Regarding the conclusions of this study, it was found that the teachers presented stress due to external factors, where the influence of stimuli from their work and social environment is evident. As a consequence of this, they had discomforts at the bodily level, such as headaches; and on an emotional level, anxiety.
