A partir
The research and business proposal developed in this document under the name DestinarIA addresses critical issues in the tourism sector such as fragmented information, difficulties in efficient planning, and the lack of personalized travel experiences. Additionally, DestinarIA responds to the global context in which tourism in Latin American countries such as Peru faces a recovery after the pandemic (De la Vega, 2024), so it not only seeks to facilitate planning for travelers, but also promote economic reactivation by connecting tourists with local businesses and authentic experiences. DestinarIA is a digital solution that transforms the way travelers plan their tours. Its innovative approach combines personalization, artificial intelligence, and real-time data to generate optimized routes considering user interests, location, budget, and recommendations from other users. Furthermore, DestinarIA centralizes reservations and secure payments for various services into one platform, simplifying the travel experience and reducing planning time. The impact of DestinarIA goes beyond individual benefits for travelers, as the solution has the potential to energize the tourism sector by diversifying the flow of visitors, promoting responsible tourism, and contributing to sustainable development (SDGs 8 and 12), thus aligning with goals set by both governmental and private organizations. With a hybrid business model, DestinarIA combines revenue from premium memberships, commissions for services offered on the platform, and advertising. Based on the scalability and adaptability of the solution, as well as the validated desirability and viability of the business model, the average market share is estimated to be 5 % of the SOM, with an NPV of S/4,027,144 and an IRR of 89%.
