Three key actors are identified that make the proposal a viable and sustainable opportunity: According to For Insights Consultancy (2025), the infusion industry, and in particular the energy-boosting infusions segment with healthy properties, has high growth potential. In Peru, per capita consumption of infusions in 2024 is approximately 36 cups per year, with a projected annual growth of 5.5% until 2029, which demonstrates an expanding industry with opportunities for innovation (Euromonitor International, 2024). The coffee industry generates between 40 and 45% of coffee husks during the coffee bean extraction process; this represents one of the most abundant and underutilized byproducts. In a context where a large segment of the population faces multiple activities, responsibilities, and daily challenges, consumers are increasingly demanding natural, practical, and healthy energy sources. InfuPlus responds to this need with an innovative solution: a natural infusion made from coffee husks, which not only provides energy but also offers antioxidants that promote well-being. InfuPlus is initially targeted at the A and B segments, which represent 1.9 million people in Lima. Our strategy projects an initial capture of 0.63% of this market, with an estimated annual growth of 50%. Beyond its market impact, InfuPlus also addresses a relevant social problem: the revaluation of coffee husks as a byproduct with high potential. Through a sustainable approach, it contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, by offering a natural alternative that improves vitality and physical and mental performance. SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by generating employment and boosting the economy of organic coffee-producing communities through a circular economy model. From an economic perspective, InfuPlus presents itself as an attractive and financially viable investment. With an initial investment of S/823,544.00, a net profit of S/134,349.00 is projected in the second year, reaching a net profit of S/2,670,866.00 in the fifth year. Financial indicators such as NPV: S/ 1,528,148.39, IRR of 50.5% and MIRR of 43.80%. These results demonstrate the high potential return on investment, supporting the viability and sustainability of InfuPlus in the market. From a social perspective, InfuPlus has a moderate social impact, with a Social Relevance of Impact (SRII) of 48%. This evaluation supports the solidity of the project not only as an economically viable initiative, but also as a proposal committed to the social, environmental, and economic transformation of its operating contexts.
