Resumen
El proyecto VID-IA surge como una respuesta innovadora a los problemas emocionales y
psicológicos que afectan a los adolescentes peruanos de 15 a 16 años, un grupo etario que
enfrenta altos niveles de ansiedad, estrés y dificultades para gestionar sus emociones en un
entorno de crecimiento. Presión académica, social y familiar. La aplicación VID-IA, diseñada
como una herramienta digital accesible y culturalmente adaptada, busca brindar apoyo
emocional y herramientas prácticas para la autogestión de la salud mental y
VID-IA integra funcionalidades clave como diarios emocionales, técnicas de mindfulness,
cuestionarios psicológicos estandarizados y acceso a profesionales de la salud mental
mediante chats seguros. La aplicación no solo ofrece recursos personalizados adaptados a los
intereses y necesidades de los adolescentes, sino que también fomenta la creación de una
comunidad de apoyo mutuo. Este entorno seguro permite a los usuarios expresar sus
emociones, compartir experiencias y recibir orientación efectiva, fortaleciendo sus
habilidades de afrontamiento y promoviendo su bien.
El proyecto no solo aborda una problemática crítica desde el punto de vista social, sino que
también demuestra su sostenibilidad financiera y su capacidad de generar impacto a gran
escala. Con un VAN de S/ 24,792,729.67 y una TIR del 1042.94%, VID-IA presenta una
rentabilidad sobresaliente que asegura su viabilidad económica. Además, el proyecto genera
un impacto social significativo al contribuir directamente a la mejora de la salud mental de
los adolescentes, reducir la incidencia de trastornos emocionales y para
VID-IA también tiene un enfoque innovador y escalable, diseñado para adaptarse a diferentes
contextos y necesidades. Su modelo de negocio integra alianzas estratégicas con instituciones
educativas y organizaciones de salud mental, asegurando una implementación efectiva y un
alcance amplio en el mercado peruano. El uso de algoritmos para personalizar contenido,
sumado a la accesibilidad que ofrece la tecnología móvil, permite que el aplicativo pueda
llegar a comunidades tanto urbanas como rurales, reduciendo las barreras al acceso de
servicios de salud mental.
En términos de sostenibilidad social, VID-IA se alinea con los Objetivos de Desarrollo
Sostenible (ODS), específicamente con el ODS 3, que busca garantizar la salud y el bienestar,
y el ODS 4, que promueve una educación de calidad. El aplicativo no solo mejora el acceso a
recursos de salud mental para adolescentes, sino que también educa a padres, tutores y
docentes sobre la importancia del bienestar emocional, integrándolos en el proceso y creando
un impacto positivo en toda la comunidad educativa.
The VID-IA project emerges as an innovative response to the emotional and psychological challenges affecting Peruvian adolescents aged 15 to 16. This age group faces high levels of anxiety, stress, and difficulties in managing their emotions within an environment of increasing academic, social, and familial pressures. VID-IA, designed as an accessible and culturally adapted digital tool, aims to provide emotional support and practical resources for mental and emotional health self-management. VID-IA integrates key functionalities such as emotional journals, mindfulness techniques, standardized psychological questionnaires, and access to mental health professionals through secure chats. The app offers personalized resources tailored to the interests and needs of adolescents while fostering the creation of a supportive peer community. This safe environment enables users to express their emotions, share experiences, and receive effective guidance, strengthening their coping skills and promoting emotional well-being. The project not only addresses a critical social issue but also demonstrates its financial sustainability and scalability. With an NPV of S/ 24,792,729.67 and an IRR of 1042.94%, VID-IA achieves exceptional profitability, ensuring its economic viability. Additionally, the project generates significant social impact by directly improving adolescents’ mental health, reducing the prevalence of emotional disorders, and enhancing their academic and personal performance. VID-IA’s innovative and scalable approach is designed to adapt to various contexts and needs. Its business model incorporates strategic partnerships with educational institutions and mental health organizations, ensuring effective implementation and broad market reach in Peru.
