Abstract
The objective of this research work is to generate a sustainable purchasing model in the Textile del Valle company, since currently the supply management is not aligned with the company's general policies regarding sustainability. This model, when implemented to suppliers, especially those of high volume and complexity, will allow for better supplier performance, increasing not only economic sustainability, but also environmental and social sustainability. In this work, it analyzes the situation of the company and its supply system, noting that it does not have purchasing policies that contemplate sustainability. This was also validated through an Ishikawa diagram, showing that the main cause of this is the lack of clear policies and strategies that allow generating synergies with suppliers and sustainability. The model was developed, based on the ISO 20400 standard, establishing clear sustainability policies and strategies, as well as a commitment on the part of Textil del Valle's management and suppliers. Subsequently, the evaluation of suppliers is established through an approval questionnaire; The result of this questionnaire will enter the regular evaluation criteria and will serve as the basis for generating a report with the suppliers' improvement points. For the implementation of this model, an analysis was carried out using the Kraljic matrix and Pareto to find the appropriate suppliers to start and achieve a greater impact in the process. Likewise, a BSC was carried out with the objective of aligning the control indicators and an implementation project plan was generated according to the PMBOK guidelines, which generates S/. 21,076.77 monthly and an approximate net in the best scenario of S/. S/252,921.22 per year, as final part, the conclusions and recommendations are made from the synthesis of this work.
