Abstract
Recicla Tú is a business model focused on the collection and sale of reusable materials characterized by being desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable. These attributes can be evidenced by the tests and/or simulations carried out, as well as the results shown and indicated in this document It is indicated that it is desirable, because after the surveys carried out around 97.8% of interviewed millennials are willing to be part of the venture by segregating that waste re- used and delivering it by using an app. After joining, Recicla Tú will be able to schedule a pick-up date at your doorstep. In addition, the project is feasible, as Monte Carlo’s simulations and simulations were performed on the Anylogistix platform to validate the efficiency of the marketing plan. The results confirm that the probability of the ratio between the customer's lifetime value and the cost of customer acquisition is greater than three on 60% (61.4%). On the other hand, Anylogistix shows that pessimistic and optimistic scenarios will generate positive utility, and in both cases the results are aligned with financial projections. It qualifies as a viable project since the financial indicators as well as the Monte Carlo’s simulation to validate the risk of loss yielded positive results. Therefore, with an initial investment of S/ 1'800,000.00 the financial net present value (NVP) would be S/ 2'824,000.00; the internal rate of return (IRR), 49%. Similarly, earnings, before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, would be positive from year three reaching values above 30% from year five with a risk of loss of less than 25%. Additionally, the social net present value (SNPV) would be around S/ 13’883,358.00 equivalent to 451% of the financial net present value (FNPV), the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) index would be 68% and the social relevance index (SRI) 33%.
