Resumen
En Lima Metropolitana existe una brecha significativa en servicios premium para
mascotas, donde el 74% de hogares convive con al menos una mascota, pero el cuidado
tradicional carece de integración entre bienestar animal y sostenibilidad. Esta situación afecta
principalmente a jóvenes profesionales del segmento A/B+, que consideran a sus mascotas
extensiones emocionales y buscan experiencias que reflejen sus valores de cuidado
consciente, pero enfrentan productos con químicos agresivos y servicios poco personalizados.
PETWELL emerge como un spa eco-premium que revoluciona el grooming tradicional
mediante una experiencia holística con tres niveles de servicios: "Básico Natura Esencial",
"Glow Up Premium" y "Luxury Zen VIP", complementados con transporte especializado,
programa de membresías y boutique sostenible con productos exclusivos.
La validación del proyecto confirmó su viabilidad excepcional, donde el 96.25% de
consultados encontró atractiva la propuesta; asimismo, el análisis financiero proyecta un
VAN de S/962,484.86 y TIR del 76% con inversión inicial de S/596,400 (60% capital propio,
40% deuda). Los flujos del accionista evolucionan desde S/198,926.49 hasta S/682,982.59 en
cinco años, con recuperación de inversión en 2.5 años. El impacto socioambiental presenta un
VAN social de S/132,598.84, apropiado para el segmento A/B+, contribuyendo a dos ODS
mediante beneficios que crecen desde S/182,988 hasta S/480,240 anuales. PETWELL
alcanzará 1,435 hogares al quinto año, reduciendo químicos nocivos y transformando hábitos
sostenibles en el 50% de familias participantes. Es así que, PETWELL demuestra la
integración exitosa de rentabilidad económica excepcional con impacto social medido,
estableciendo un nuevo estándar en servicios sostenibles para mascotas mientras genera
retornos atractivos para inversionistas y beneficios coherentes con el segmento objetivo.
In Metropolitan Lima, there is a significant gap in premium pet services, where 74% of households own at least one pet, yet traditional pet care lacks a balance between animal welfare and sustainability. This situation primarily affects young professionals in the A/B+ segment, who consider their pets emotional extensions and seek experiences that reflect their values of conscious pet care, but are faced with products containing harsh chemicals and poorly personalized services. PETWELL is emerging as an eco-premium spa that revolutionizes traditional grooming through a holistic experience with three levels of services: "Basic Natura Esencial," "Glow Up Premium," and "Luxury Zen VIP," complemented by specialized transportation, a membership program, and a sustainable boutique with exclusive products.
