Estrategias docentes para desarrollar la corresponsabilidad de los padres de familia en la formación integral en niños de segundo grado en situación de post pandemia

Resumen
Durante la primera infancia, los niños desarrollan aspectos importantes y
trascendentales que contribuyen en su desarrollo educativo. Para lograr dicho
desarrollo es importante que se establezca un sentido de corresponsabilidad familiar,
el cual será fortalecido en la escuela con apoyo del docente, a través de la aplicación
de diversas estrategias que este realice. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene
como objetivo general analizar las estrategias que utiliza un docente de segundo
grado de primaria para desarrollar la corresponsabilidad de los padres de familia en la
formación integral de sus hijos, en situación de post pandemia, en una institución
educativa privada de Lima. Para ello, se recurre a la revisión de diversas fuentes
bibliográficas, las cuales pertenecen a los últimos veinte años y son tesis de
repositorios institucionales, libros y artículos de revistas que figuran en las principales
bases de datos. El estudio es de carácter cualitativo descriptivo, puesto que se
pretende comprender el objeto de estudio, a partir del análisis de la literatura
seleccionada, para establecer una postura y generar una reflexión en torno a ella.
Asimismo, se organiza en cuatro capítulos que responden al objetivo de la
investigación. Este análisis reflexivo se hace desde las funciones que ellos ejercen en
los diferentes contextos, la escuela y el hogar. El presente estudio destaca la
importancia de reconocer las estrategias que propician los docentes para establecer
el sentido de corresponsabilidad familiar en la formación integral de los niños y niñas.
During early childhood, children develop important and transcendental aspects that contribute to their educational development. To achieve this development, it is important to establish a sense of family co-responsibility, which will be strengthened at school with the support of the teacher, through the application of various strategies that he or she carries out. The general objective of this research work is to analyze the strategies used by a second grade primary school teacher to develop the coresponsibility of parents in the comprehensive education of their children, in a postpandemic situation, in a private educational institution in Lima. To do this, a review of various bibliographic sources is used, which belong to the last twenty years and are theses from institutional repositories, books and journal articles that appear in the main databases. The study is of a qualitative descriptive nature, since it aims to understand the object of study, based on the analysis of the selected literature, to establish a position and generate a reflection around it.. Likewise, it is organized into four chapters that respond to the objective of the research. This reflective analysis is carried out from the roles that they perform in different contexts, school and home. This study highlights the importance of recognizing the strategies that teachers promote to establish the sense of family co-responsibility in the comprehensive education of boys and girls.
