Abstract
El presente documento tiene como objetivo desarrollar el planeamiento estratégico
para implementar en el terminal portuario de Conchán, con una visión para alcanzar el éxito
al 2025 siendo uno de los tres líderes puertos del Perú. Para la investigación la información
fue tomada de la Autoridad Portuaria Nacional, la Municipalidad de Lurín, la Refinería de
Conchán y el muelle de UNACEM. El desarrollo del plan estratégico se realiza siguiendo el
Modelo Secuencial del Proceso Estratégico, por medio del cual se analizan los factores
internos, externos y la determinación de la visión y misión, se definen objetivos de corto
plazo, largo plazo y estrategias que lleven al puerto de su situación actual a una situación
futura deseada. Para alcanzar la visión del Puerto de Conchán es importante la inclusión de
los puertos de administración privada, en el caso de la empresa administradora UNACEM,
por la mayor demanda de sus productos a nivel nacional y por otro lado, el crecimiento de la
demanda de combustibles es una de las oportunidades para la Refinería de Conchán.
Finalmente, la Evaluación Estratégica se lleva acabo utilizando el Tablero de Control
Integrado (BSC) para monitorear el logro de los OCP y OLP. A partir de ello, se toman las
acciones correctivas pertinentes
This document aims to develop the strategic plan to implement the Conchán terminal port , with a vision to succeed by 2025 , It is one of the three leading ports of Peru. For research , the information was taken from the National Port Authority, the Municipality of Lurin, Conchán Refinery and UNACEM dock . The development of the strategic plan is carried out following the sequential model of the Strategic Process, by which the internal and external factors and determining the vision and mission are analyzed, short-term goals, longterm strategies with the port , defining its current situation to a desired future situation. To achieve the vision of the Port of Conchán is important to include ports privately managed, in the case of the management company UNACEM, the increased demand for its producción en ts domestically and on the other hand, growth in demand for fuels it is one of the opportunities for Conchán refinery. Finally, the Strategic Assessment takes just using the Integrated Control Board (BSC) to monitor the achievement of the OCP and OLP. From this, appropriate corrective actions are taken
