Abstract
This Professional Sufficiency Project (TSP) introduces the notable experience "Bailar, Reír y Jugar" (Dance, Laugh, and Play) as an alternative educational scenario that takes place in spaces other than classrooms and that takes as principles of its development the child, games, music. and role-playing, generating game and music activities aimed at children from zero to five years old. In this sense, it is important to point out that the skills received as part of the initial teacher training at the PUCP Education School have made it possible to identify in situations such as children's celebrations a valuable opportunity to intervene through an original and innovative proposal. Likewise, as a result of the implementation of the reflective practice strategy, the importance of a constant self-assessment that favors continuous personal and professional improvement and of the “Bailar, Reír y Jugar” proposal, has been recognized. Also, regarding the current Curriculum of the PUCP Education School, it has been possible to rethink and analyze the training received from professional experience, and recommend training to future teachers in the design and organization of actions and programs with parents and community from an interdisciplinary approach, where the child, as the central axis, obtains respectful, pertinent, and quality care, using games and music as key elements to accompany children and create significant experiences of learning and fun.
