Abstract
Azatrade.com es un intraemprendimiento que convierte a Azatrade.info en una
plataforma B2B para micro, pequeñas y medianas (mipymes) empresas agroexportadoras
que le permita conectar con compradores fuera de Perú, disponiendo de información
actualizada clave para la toma de decisiones mediante funciones fáciles de buscar, descargar
y compartir.
Se comenzó por reconocer el problema, determinando que la mitad de las empresas
exportadoras enfrentan dificultades de información en sus procesos de exportación. Al
analizar el perfil, se detectaron necesidades no satisfechas por las soluciones actuales.
Se desarrolló un prototipo con las características esenciales utilizando la metodología de
lean startup. Posteriormente, se presentó a los usuarios para que lo evaluaran, lo cual nos
permitió llegar al prototipo final. Se comprobó que el valor de la propuesta cumple con las
expectativas de los usuarios y se validaron las suposiciones sobre la viabilidad financiera y
las necesidades de capital del proyecto en diferentes escenarios de crecimiento.
Se concluye que Azatrade.com representa un modelo de negocio que genera valor tanto
económico como social, beneficiando a las mipymes agroexportadoras con información
valiosa sobre las exportaciones peruanas. Además, está alineado con los Objetivos de
Desarrollo Sostenible 8 y 9, contribuyendo al crecimiento constante de las ventas de las
mipymes a lo largo de toda su operación. Con una inversión inicial de S/ 244,834, el modelo
aporta valor financiero debido al aumento sostenido de las ventas. Las proyecciones
incluyen una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) del 68.8%, un valor actual neto (VAN) de S/
1,226,338.50 y un VAN social de S/ 569,095.99.

It starts identifying the problem, stablishing that the 50% of export companies has information issues in the exportation process. During the analysis it was identify there is needs unsatisfied by the current solutions. It implements a prototype with the basic features through the “learn start up” methodology, then it showed to the users who could evaluated, this let us accomplished the final prototype. It confirms that the value proposal satisfied the user’s expectation, also, it verifies suppositions about the finance viability and the capital needs of the project under different growth scenarios. It concludes, Azatrade.com represents a business model who apports economic and social value, benefiting to “mipymes” providing value information about Peruvian export. This is aligned to accomplish the Objective of Sustain Development 8 and 9, contributing to sustained increase in sales in “mipymes” during the whole operation. The model has an initial invest of S/ 244,834 and contributes finance value because the sustained increase in sales.
