Análisis del clima organizacional como indicador de gestión del personal en una pequeña empresa de saneamiento ambiental en Lima Metropolitana entre 2023-2024: caso Enviroclean

Resumen
La investigación se centró en la valoración del clima organizacional como reflejo de
las prácticas gestión del personal en una pequeña empresa de saneamiento ambiental
ubicada en Lima Metropolitana. El análisis abarcó el periodo 2023-2024, poniendo especial
énfasis en la dinámica organizacional que caracteriza a Enviroclean. Para ello, se empleó un
diseño mixto anidado concurrente (DIAC), combinando tanto métodos cualitativos como
cuantitativos, en una investigación de tipo básico con diseño no experimental. La
representación de la muestra, se conformó por los 22 empleados activos de la empresa,
distribuidos en roles operativos y administrativos. De acuerdo con los hallazgos, se destacó
que el 95,5% de los empleados percibieron el clima organizacional a un nivel medio, lo que
sugiere un ambiente funcional. Sin embargo, se identificaron áreas con déficits, en aspectos
como el reconocimiento, debido a la ausencia de un sistema de incentivos, y la comunicación
interna. La estructura organizacional también fue evaluada como adecuada, aunque se
identificaron oportunidades para optimizar la claridad de las asignaciones y
responsabilidades. Se logró concluir que, aunque Enviroclean presenta un clima
organizacional funcional, y deja en evidencia una buena gestión del personal, existen áreas
de gran relevancia en las que se debe trabajar con el fin de obtener mejoras que permitan.

The research focused on the assessment of the organizational climate as a reflection of personnel management practices in a small environmental sanitation company located in Metropolitan Lima. The analysis covered the period 2023-2024, with special emphasis on the organizational dynamics that characterize Enviroclean. For this purpose, a mixed approach was used, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods, in a basic research with a non-experimental design. The sample was made up of 22 active employees of the company, distributed in operational and administrative roles. According to the findings, 95.5% of the employees perceived the organizational climate at a medium level, suggesting a functional environment. However, areas with deficits were identified, such as recognition, due to the absence of an incentive system, and internal communication. The organizational structure was also evaluated as adequate, although opportunities were identified to optimize the clarity of assignments and responsibilities. It was concluded that, although Enviroclean has a functional organizational climate and shows good personnel management, there are areas of great relevance that need to be worked on in order to improve and continue to meet the company's objectives and guidelines, while maintaining quality standards.
