Resumen
Este documento presenta una propuesta que aborda la problemática de la formación integral
en los niños peruanos a través de actividades deportivas. El modelo de negocio que se
presentará está enfocado en la formación deportiva en fútbol, considerando su creciente
relevancia en el contexto peruano. En el país, existe una tendencia creciente hacia la práctica
del fútbol en el Perú que revelan una oportunidad para fomentar la actividad física,
especialmente en el fútbol formativo adaptable para niños de 6 a 11 años, integrando
metodologías como Fútbol 5, Fútbol 7 y Fútbol 9.
El modelo de negocio se centra en desarrollar una metodología de entrenamiento deportiva
inclusiva, adaptable y escalable que atienda las necesidades de formación física y recreativa
de niños de acuerdo con su rango de edades. Esto se llevará a cabo mediante el diseño de
programas adaptativos según la edad y nivel, la creación de espacios seguros y motivadores
para la práctica deportiva y el uso de herramientas pedagógicas innovadoras que fortalezcan
habilidades tanto físicas como sociales.
El objetivo general es implementar un modelo de negocio sostenible que impulse el
desarrollo integral de niños a través del fútbol, contribuyendo así al bienestar físico y social
en los sectores donde funcionen estas academias. La propuesta presentada responde a una
necesidad emergente en el mercado peruano, enfocándose en la promoción del deporte como
herramienta de desarrollo personal y social. Su estructura permite adaptabilidad y
escalabilidad, posicionándola como una solución viable para fomentar la práctica deportiva
en la infancia.
This document presents a proposal that addresses the issue of comprehensive training for Peruvian children through sports activities. The business model presented focuses on sports training in soccer, considering its growing relevance in the Peruvian context. There is a growing trend toward the practice of soccer in Peru, which reveals an opportunity to promote physical activity, especially in adaptive educational soccer for children ages 6 to 11, integrating methodologies such as 5-a-side soccer, 7-a-side soccer, and 9-a-side soccer. The business model focuses on developing an inclusive, adaptable, and scalable sports training methodology that meets the physical and recreational training needs of children across their age range. This will be achieved by designing adaptive programs based on age and level, creating safe and motivating spaces for sports practice, and using innovative pedagogical tools that strengthen both physical and social skills. The overall objective is to implement a sustainable business model that promotes the comprehensive development of children through soccer, thus contributing to the physical and social well-being of the sectors where these academies operate. The proposal presented responds to an emerging need in the Peruvian market, focusing on promoting sports as a tool for personal and social development. Its structure allows for adaptability and scalability, positioning it as a viable solution for promoting sports practice in childhood.
