Abstract

FastiFrut is socio-environmentally responsible by using biodegradable and / or compostable packaging and hiring people in vulnerable situations for production, focusing on four of the SDGs: (a) SDG 3: Health and well-being; (b) SDG 5: Gender equality and (c) SDG 8: Decent work and economic growth. Through various surveys and focus groups it has been possible to validate that both the product and the web platform that would be used for its commercialization are desirable for a significant percentage of the target audience. Additionally, the proposal has a positive operational feasibility as it meets the delivery expectations required by the target audience.
