Abstract
El Plan Estratégico elaborado para el Grupo Constructor Barboza, constituye una
herramienta de gestión que plasma el método propuesto para alcanzar su visión empresarial.
El Grupo Constructor Barboza está constituido por las empresas RIBAB, BARDEX y
NEBUSI, desde 2011 se dedica a la consultoría y ejecución de proyectos civiles,
especialmente infraestructura pública para el estado, quien es su principal cliente.
Se presenta la situación actual del grupo, donde se incluye un cambio en la Visión y
Misión del grupo, luego se hace en un reconocimiento de la situación externa (análisis
PESTE) e interna (análisis AMOFITH), que da paso al análisis FODA, mediante el cual se
estableció que sus principales fortalezas son la experiencia y la salud financiera, sus
principales oportunidades radican en la estabilidad macroeconómica y el impulso del estado
por invertir en infraestructura pública, sus principales debilidades son su estructura
organizacional desconfigurada y limitaciones de gestión, y sus principales amenazas la
corrupción y las deficiencias educativas de sus colaboradores. Conociendo el contexto se
procedió a establecer los objetivos a largo plazo en términos de crecimiento económico,
participación de mercado, rotación externa del personal y alianzas estratégicas; los cuales
sirvieron para definir a su vez las estrategias empresariales que debe emplear, y con las cuales
se establecieron los objetivos a corto plazo, cuyo cumplimiento incrementará la probabilidad
de alcanzar la visión en el plazo previsto. Asimismo, se plantea un mecanismo de evaluación
estratégica que permite el monitoreo del plan, el cual permite implementar los cambios que
sean necesarios si se requiere redireccionar el plan ante desviaciones no consideradas.
Finalmente se realiza un análisis de competitividad y se presenta el Plan Estratégico
Integral, confirmando que existe alineación y congruencia desde los intereses empresariales
hasta la visión del grupo, la misma que con este planeamiento se espera alcanzar y para lo
cual se deben destinar los recursos necesarios para su implementación.
The Strategic Plan prepared for the Grupo Constructor Barboza constitutes a management tool that reflects the proposed method to achieve its business vision. Grupo Constructor Barboza is made up of the companies RIBAB, BARDEX and NEBUSI, since 2011 it has been dedicated to consulting and executing civil projects, especially public infrastructure for the state, which is its main client. The current situation of the group is presented, where a change in the Group's Vision and Mission is included, then it is made in a recognition of the external situation (PESTE analysis) and internal (AMOFITH analysis), which gives way to the SWOT analysis, through which established that its main strengths are experience and financial health, its main opportunities lie in macroeconomic stability and the state's drive to invest in public infrastructure, its main weaknesses are its unconfigured organizational structure and management limitations, and it’s the main threats are corruption and the educational deficiencies of its collaborators. Knowing the context, we proceeded to establish the long term objectives in terms of economic growth, market share, external staff turnover and strategic alliances; which served to define in turn the business strategies to be used, and with which the short-term objectives were established, the fulfillment of which will increase the probability of achieving the vision in the anticipated term. Likewise, a strategic evaluation mechanism is proposed that allows monitoring of the plan, which allows the necessary changes to be implemented if the plan needs to be redirected in the event of deviations not considered. Finally, a competitiveness analysis is carried out and the Comprehensive Strategic Plan is presented, confirming that there is alignment and consistency from the business interests to the group's vision, the same that this planning is expected to achieve and for which the necessary resources must be allocated. for its implementation.
