rendimiento escolar, relaciones interpersonales y desarrollo personal.
emocional.
The identified problem addresses the emotional and psychological difficulties faced in daily life by adolescents attending private schools in Metropolitan Lima and Callao. Many factors, such as academic pressure, poor family communication, the negative impact of social media, and limited institutional attention to mental health, contribute to a significant decline in their emotional well-being, which directly affects their academic performance, interpersonal relationships, and personal development. In response to this problem, AdolescenteUp is a digital platform that offers preventive emotional support through adaptive and technological tools specifically designed for this population. This application integrates emotional selfassessments, interactive games with rewards, and a library of personalized educational content. This solution aims to strengthen adolescent resilience, encourage self-care, and foster a school culture based on emotional intelligence, which aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3 and 4. Financially, AdolescenteUp is a viable and profitable proposition, starting with an initial investment of S/650,000, with a projected NPV of S/3,712,467 with an IRR of 79.12%. Furthermore, its social impact translates into a social NPV of S/21,390,886, which includes benefits such as a reduced risk of emotional disorders, improved psychological well-being, and the strengthening of adolescent human capital. Finally, the business model, based on freemium subscriptions tailored to educational institutions, guarantees the project's operational sustainability and its scalability to other regions of the country, establishing a replicable solution for the development of adolescents in contexts of high emotional vulnerability.
