Abstract
Fitosanidad Perú, es una empresa proveedora de servicios para la sanidad de cultivos
alimenticios y agroindustriales, fue creada en Chiclayo durante el año 2016. Brinda a sus
clientes cuatro tipos de servicios: Diagnóstico de problemas fitosanitarios en laboratorio,
ensayos de eficacia de insumos agrícolas en campo, capacitación y asesoría técnica; buscando
para sus clientes puedan prevenir, controlar y erradicar las plagas de sus cultivos, mediante el
uso eficiente de productos que favorezcan al desarrollo sustentable de la agricultura en el
Perú.
El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar los problemas que tiene la empresa, por
lo cual se ha realizado un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo, que permitió identificar las
causas que generan los siguientes problemas en: la gestión de procesos internos, la
comunicación entre sus interesados, sus finanzas internas, el uso de la tecnología y en la poca
difusión de la marca. Con el uso el diagrama Ishikawa se identificó que el problema principal
de la empresa es la falta de digitalización en sus procesos internos.
Finalmente, para la solución se ha determinó llevar a cabo un cronograma de
implementación, y establecer un presupuesto para esta mejora. Posteriormente se evaluaron
los indicadores financieros y se realizó una proyección de crecimiento para los próximo cinco
años para la empresa. Con esta implementación en el primer año se asegura el retorno de la
inversión, quedando demostrado que la solución propuesta es factible, viable y rentable.
Fitosanidad Peru EIRL is a company that provides services for the health of food and agribusiness crops. This was created in Chiclayo during the year 2016. Its offers its clients four types of services : Diagnosis of phytosanitary problems in laboratory, field evaluations, training and advice technique, seeking that its clients can prevent, control and eradicate the pests of their crops, through the efficient use of products that favor the sustainable development of agriculture in Peru. The objective of this research is to identify the issues that has the company, for which a qualitative and quantitative analysis has been made, which allowed identifying the causes that generate the following problems in: the management of internal processes, the communication between its stakeholders, its internal finances, the use of technology and the lack of brand broadcasting. With the use of the Ishikawa diagram, it was identified that the main issue of the company is the lack of digitalization in its internal processes. Finally, for the solution it has been determined to perform an implementation schedule, and establish a budget for this improvement. Subsequently, the financial indicators were evaluated and a growth forecast was made for the next five years for the company. With this implementation in the first year, the return on investment is ensured, demonstrating that the proposed solution is feasible, viable and profitable.
