Abstract
El principal propósito de este documento es presentar el informe del business
consulting efectuado a Maquiteam Perú EIRL, ubicada en la ciudad de Trujillo dedicada a
ofrecer un servicio integral de preparación y adecuación de terrenos agrícolas para la
instalación de cultivos, con un enfoque especial en aquellos destinados a la agroexportación.
Considerando la revisión y análisis de la información obtenida de los representantes de la
empresa, se lograron identificar cinco problemas en el contexto interno a través del análisis
AMOFHIT y análisis del modelo de negocio de Maquiteam Perú EIRL. Se realizó la
jerarquización de estos problemas y se identificó como problema central a la concentración
de ventas en un número limitado de clientes.
Posteriormente, fueron evaluadas las causas de dicho problema en la organización y
para darle respuesta a estas causas, se propusieron cuatro alternativas de solución. Estas
opciones se evaluaron de acuerdo con los criterios de impacto en el proceso, en el costo, en el
cliente y en el tiempo de ejecución. Se determinó que la captación de clientes es la mejor
alternativa de solución para Maquiteam Perú EIRL. Se diseñó un plan de implementación a
ser aplicado en 32 semanas a través de la ejecución de siete fases con una inversión de
S/42,000. Finalmente, se realizó el análisis económico relacionado con el retorno de la
inversión y de los beneficios cuantitativos tras la implementación del plan propuesto por el
equipo de consultores, con resultados favorables para la empresa. Luego del análisis del flujo
de caja proyectado a cinco años, se obtuvo una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) de 66% (muy
por encima del costo de capital), un valor actual neto (VAN) de S/ 77,669.26, un beneficio/
costo (B/C) de 2.85 (mayor a 1) y un período de recuperación de 1.56, es decir, que la
inversión se puede recuperar en un año, seis meses y 23 días. Estos resultados permiten
recomendar la ejecución del plan de implementación propuesto por el equipo de consultores.
The main purpose of this document is to present the business consulting report carried out to Maquiteam Peru EIRL, located in the city of Trujillo – Peru with workshops for the maintenance and care of its machinery in Olmos – Tinajones and in Moche – La Libertad. This company is dedicated to offering a comprehensive service of preparation and adaptation of agricultural land for the installation of crops, with a special focus on those for agro-export. Considering the review and analysis of the information obtained from the company's representatives, it was possible to identify five problems in the internal context through the AMOFHIT analysis and analysis of the business model of Maquiteam Peru EIRL. These problems were prioritized and the concentration of sales in a limited number of customers was identified as the main problem. Subsequently, the causes of this problem in the organization were evaluated and to answer to these causes, four alternative solutions were proposed. These options were evaluated according to the criteria of impact on the process, on the cost, on the customer and on the execution time. It was determined that customer acquisition is the best alternative solution for Maquiteam Peru EIRL. An implementation plan was designed to be applied in 32 weeks through the execution of seven phases with an investment of S/42,000. Finally, the economic analysis related to the return on investment and quantitative benefits was carried out after the implementation of the plan proposed by the team of consultants, with favorable results for the company. After the analysis of the projected five-year cash flow, an internal rate of return (IRR) of 66% (above the cost of capital), a net present value (NPV) of S/ 77,669.26, a benefit/cost (B/C) of 2.85 (more than 1) and a recovery period of 1.56 were obtained, that is, the investment can be recovered in one year, six months and 23 days. These results allow recommending the implementation of the plan proposed by the consultant team.
