Abstract
La presente consultoría de negocios busca identificar el problema central que afronta una
empresa dedicada al outsourcing comercial en el Perú llamada Salesland Pacífico S.A. Es una
compañía que forma parte del grupo empresarial Salesland, con presencia en 13 países: España,
Portugal, Perú, México, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panamá,
Colombia, Ecuador y Chile. Cuenta con 22 años en el mercado y con más 11,500 empleados a
nivel mundial. La actividad principal del grupo es el outsourcing comercial, ofreciendo un
servicio integral que conforma todos los ámbitos de la venta directa e indirecta, con la creación
de proyectos comerciales adaptados al producto o servicio de sus clientes.
En el presente business consulting hemos abordado temas inherentes a la actividad de la
compañía, como la colocación de fuerzas de venta para sus clientes, la implementación de puntos
de venta, el branding de las marcas, entre otros. Para conocer la actividad desde dentro, hemos
conversado con la gerencia comercial y la gerencia de recursos humanos a fin de descubrir los
procesos y a través de ello, detectar qué podemos mejorar y qué podemos crear, conociendo en
simultaneo cómo operan las empresas del sector; para que con ello podamos obtener los puntos a
trabajar.
Es así como hallamos cinco causas principales que, con las mejoras planteadas, puedan
fortalecer a la empresa y así volverla más competitiva en el mercado. Fruto de lo revisado,
definimos que la inadecuada gestión de recursos humanos es un problema por mejorar en el
entorno laboral, y a través del desarrollo de la consultoría, estaremos aportando soluciones que
permitan robustecer los procesos, esperando mejoras en los resultados finales de la compañía.
This business consultancy seeks to identify the central problem by a company dedicated to commercial outsourcing in Peru called Salesland Pacific S.A. It is a company that is part of Salesland business group, with a presence in 13 countries: Spain, Portugal, Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, and Chile. It has 22 years in the market and more than 11,500 employees worldwide. The main activity of the group is commercial outsourcing, offering a comprehensive service that covers all areas of direct and indirect sales, with the creation of commercial projects adapted to the product or service of its clients. In this business consulting we have addressed issues inherent to the company´s activity, such as the placement of sales forces for its clients, the implementation of points of sale, branding, among others. In order to find out about the activity from within, we have talked with the commercial management and the human resources management in order to discover the firm operations and its processes, and through this, detect what we can improve and what can create. This is how we found five main causes that, with the proposed improvements, can strengthen the corporation and therefore make it more competitive in the market. As a result of the analysis, we define that the inadequate management of human resources is a problem that requires to be solved in the work environment, and through the development of the consultancy, we will provide solutions that allow the processes to be strengthened, in order to obtain positive results for the firm.
