Abstract

El presente trabajo aplicativo abarca la problemática relacionada con el incremento de las muertes por causa de enfermedades cardiovasculares, las cuales ocupan el segundo lugar de las enfermedades con mayor índice de mortalidad en el país. Dentro de las acciones de prevención de las enfermedades cardiovasculares tenemos el hecho de llevar una vida saludable, la cual depende de hacer ejercicio y comer sano básicamente, es en esta última donde nos centraremos, ya que no se le suele dar la importancia debida o la prioridad que necesita, ya sea por tiempo y/o motivos económicos. Una vez identificado el problema, se mostrarán las encuestas y lienzos realizados que permitieron aterrizar la solución, la cual se define finalmente como una propuesta de delivery de menú saludable, asegurando calidad y cantidad a un precio accesible, acorde con los precios manejados actualmente en la zona. Luego se presentarán las hipótesis utilizadas en cada uno de los 3 frentes importantes a nivel de marketing, operaciones y financiero, los cuales permiten verificar tanto la deseabilidad, factibilidad y viabilidad de la propuesta. Finalmente, dado que la propuesta debe generar beneficios no solo a nivel empresarial sino también social, este modelo de negocio alcanza un VAN de S/.1,934,586 y un VAN Social de S/. 1,737,168, con un IRS de 22.2%.The present application work covers the problem related to the increase in deaths due to cardiovascular diseases, which occupy the second place of the diseases with the highest mortality rate in the country.
