Abstract
La presente investigación realiza el estudio sobre el impacto de la calidad de las empresas
en los centros educativos privados de inicial en la ciudad de Huancayo. Se examina los niveles
de cumplimiento de las empresas que poseen algún Sistema de Gestión de Calidad respecto a las
que no cuentan con el Sistema.
En la investigación se ha utilizado el diseño metodológico de Benzaquen (2014) que
proporciona un estudio sobre el impacto de tener un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad basado en la
certificación ISO 9001 en las empresas peruanas sobre la base a nueve factores de éxito para medir
la implementación de la Administración de la Calidad Total (TQM): alta gerencia, planeamiento de
la calidad, auditoría y evaluación de la calidad, diseño del producto, gestión de la calidad del
proveedor, control y mejoramiento del proceso, educación y entrenamiento, círculos de la calidad
y enfoque hacia la satisfacción del cliente.
Los resultados obtenidos de los factores de calidad total muestran calificaciones
superiores a 3.82 en los centros educativos que cuentan con algún sistema de calidad, la
calificación de 3.34 en las empresas que no cuentan con algún sistema de calidad y la calificación
de 3.45 para el total de las empresas, mostrando claras evidencias de gestión de prácticas
empresariales de calidad total en los centros educativos privados de inicial de la ciudad de
Huancayo. Todos los factores de calidad total son diferentes entre las empresas que cuentan con
algún sistema de calidad respecto a las que no cuentan con dicho sistema. La implementación de
sistemas de calidad contribuye al desarrollo de mejores prácticas de calidad en los centros
educativos privados de inicial de la ciudad de Huancayo.
The research analyzes the quality of companies in the initial schools in the city of Huancayo. Levels of compliance of companies with a program of quality management for enterprises without quality program under review. Also, the relationship between the factors of total quality management to the principles of ISO 9001-2005 was analyzed. This research used the methodological design of Benzaquén (2014) which provides a study on the impact of having a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 certification in peruvian companies based on nine factors of success for measuring implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM): senior management, quality planning, audit and evaluation of quality, product design, quality management provider, control and process improvement, education and training, quality circles and focus on customer satisfaction. The results of total quality factors show grades above 3.82 in schools that have some quality programs, the rating of 3.34 in companies that do not have any programs of quality and grade of 3.45 for the total number of companies, showing clear evidence of business management practices total quality in private schools in initial Huancayo. All total quality factors are different regarding whether companies have some quality program compared to those who do not have the said program. The implementation of quality programs contributes best total quality practices of companies in the initial schools in the city of Huancayo.
