Abstract
As in the entire country, the district of Chongoyape, in Lambayeque, is affected by poverty and extreme poverty. Thus, according to CEPLAN 2017, 23% of its population is in total poverty and 8% in extreme poverty. This brings with it more complex problems such as lack of access to an adequate health system and little or no access to quality food, which reduces the subsequent performance of children, keeping them in a poverty trap from which they have become very difficult to get out. Given this situation, "Bizcochuelos Valera" appears as an opportunity to help reduce this identified gap, not only from an economic and environmental point of view, but also with an important social contribution in order to contribute to the development of vulnerable populations, marking a path where fair work, wages above the market and better development opportunities stand out When carrying out the integral evaluation of the project, it was seen that it is a very attractive project from the economic and social point of view because it contributes in an important way to the community where it will be executed; besides being very attractive for the investor. The people who work directly in the project will see their income increase, they will have social benefits, but above all, they will have the magnificent opportunity to get out of the poverty trap and start building a better future for their children and their community. On the other hand, the use of biodegradable packaging for biscuits and biscuits makes this a project aligned with the current trend of sustainability and development. Finally, in a horizon of 5 years, there is a VANE of S/4’214,156; a VANF of S/3’987,503 and a VANS of S/1’375,130; which makes the project a highly profitable and sustainable project.
