Estudio comparativo de condición de la producción vocal en docentes de instituciones educativas públicas y privadas de Lima Metropolitana, 2023

Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la diferencia de la condición de
producción vocal en docentes de instituciones educativas públicas y privadas de Lima
Metropolitana, 2023. Este estudio de tipo básico, de diseño no experimental, utilizó la técnica de
la encuesta y el cuestionario “Condición de la producción vocal del profesor” elaborado por
Ghirardi ACA, Ferreira LP, Giannini SPP, Latorre MRDO en el 2013 y traducido al español por
Mónica Paredes y Fátima Dantas en el 2020. Entre los resultados tenemos que más del 50% de
los docentes trabaja en una institución educativa, siendo la mayoría docentes del nivel inicial,
50% de docentes de ambos sectores indica que la institución educativa es ruidosa y ese ruido es
fuerte, más del 92% de docentes de ambos sectores señalan que habla mucho y en espacios
abiertos con polvo. En el aspecto de organización del trabajo, los docentes de ambos sectores
tienen en su mayoría buenas relaciones interpersonales, aunque sienten estrés en el trabajo,
llevando trabajo a casa. Por último, en el aspecto vocal más del 50% no ha recibido orientaciones
sobre el cuidado de la voz, siendo los síntomas vocales más comunes la ronquera, carraspera, tos
seca y cansancio al hablar. Finalmente, dentro de las conclusiones se puede determinar que no
existen diferencias significativas en la producción de la voz de los docentes de instituciones
educativas públicas con relación a los docentes de instituciones educativas privadas.
The objective of this research is to determine the difference in the condition of vocal production in teachers of public and private educational institutions in Metropolitan Lima in 2023. This is a basic study, with a non-experimental design, and the survey technique and the questionnaire: “Condition of the teacher's vocal production” prepared by Ghirardi ACA, Ferreira LP, Giannini SPP, Latorre MRDO in 2013 and translated into Spanish by Mónica Paredes and Fátima Dantas in 2020. Among the results we have that more than 50% of teachers work in a single educational institution, the majority being initial level teachers, 50% of teachers from both sectors indicate that the school is noisy, and that noise is loud, more than 92% of teachers from both sectors point out that they have to talk a lot in open spaces with dust. Regarding work organization, teachers from both sectors mostly have good interpersonal relationships, although they feel stress at work, and take work home. Lastly, in the vocal aspect, more than 50% have not received guidance on voice care, with the most common vocal symptoms being hoarseness, throat clearing, dry cough, and tiredness when speaking. Finally, within the conclusions it can be determined that there are no significant differences in the production of the voices of teachers from public educational institutions in relation to teachers from private educational institutions.
