Abstract
The following paper addresses the issue associated with the lack of knowledge of construction workers in the country (Chamberos), which leads to fewer opportunities for economic and social growth, working informally and mostly the denial of a job promotion in their field of work. This problem was determined through interviews with civil construction workers, with which it was possible to identify the main samples of user behavior and their profile. The solution approach is based on developing a training platform in digital mode, which seeks to solve problems mentioned of “Chamberos” who wish to achieve their goals at work and personal life, obtaining free training, using current means of digital communication and through a quality virtual education. The innovatory character responds to an innovation,of a product since the Chamberos platform is aimed at workers, providing them with low – cost training opportunities, which includes the issuance of certificates and opportunity of knowledge growth and job opportunities. The evaluation of the business model considers that the exponential factor lies in the abundance of civil construction workers, high professionals able to provide training and various topics related to construction, which are updated over the course of time and technological progress. After all the analysis carried out, it was concluded that the Chamberos platform not only manages to be valid in a desirable and feasible way; but also, it turns out to be sustainable over time, since, financially, it obtains a VAN greater than two million US dollars in the first 5 years and socially it contributes to the development of capacities in an inclusive manner for all the people who look for a decent job and boost their knowledge; contributing directly to the fulfillment of the ODS proposed to seek a better and more sustainable future for all.
