Resumen
El proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar una solución innovadora que optimice la
planificación de actividades para turistas que recorren el Perú en vehículo, utilizando
metodologías disruptivas. El enfoque es mejorar la experiencia del viajero mediante
tecnología avanzada y un análisis exhaustivo de las necesidades de los turistas en carretera.
La propuesta es una aplicación móvil que facilita la planificación de rutas y
actividades con recomendaciones personalizadas y en tiempo real. La solución se destaca por
su simplicidad y por brindar información relevante sobre rutas, puntos de interés, clima y
servicios locales, adaptada al perfil de cada usuario. Esta herramienta aborda los desafíos de
los viajes por carretera y fomenta un turismo más sostenible y responsable en Perú.
Desde la perspectiva financiera, el proyecto considera una inversión inicial de S/
223,700 y prevé un crecimiento sostenido, alcanzando la rentabilidad en su segundo año. Las
ventas proyectadas aumentan de S/984,000 el primer año a S/5,964,000 en el quinto, con un
Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de S/4,313,643 y una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) de 88%,
apoyada en la demanda de soluciones digitales en turismo.
El impacto social es significativo, pues promueve el turismo en comunidades rurales
y el desarrollo económico local. Se proyectan beneficios sociales de 379,400 soles el primer
año y de 1’827,600 soles en el quinto. La aplicación contribuye a los Objetivos de Desarrollo
Sostenible (ODS) 8 y 11, generando empleo en regiones turísticas y mejorando la huella de
carbono mediante rutas optimizadas.
Esta solución responde a una necesidad clave del turismo peruano y se alinea con
tendencias de digitalización y sostenibilidad. "Travel Smart Planner" se presenta como una
herramienta para transformar la planificación de viajes, promoviendo un turismo inclusivo y
responsable.
The project aims to develop an innovative solution that optimizes activity planning for tourists traveling through Peru by vehicle, using disruptive methodologies. The focus is on improving the traveler's experience through advanced technology and a thorough analysis of the needs of tourists on the road. The proposal is a mobile application that facilitates the planning of routes and activities with personalized and real-time recommendations. The solution stands out for its simplicity and for providing relevant information on routes, points of interest, weather and local services, adapted to the profile of each user. This tool addresses the challenges of road travel and encourages more sustainable and responsible tourism in Peru. From a financial perspective, the project considers an initial investment of S/ 223,700 and foresees sustained growth, reaching profitability in its second year. Projected sales increase from S/984,000 in the first year to S/5,964,000 in the fifth, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/4,836,392 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 230%, supported by the demand for digital solutions in tourism. The social impact is significant, as it promotes tourism in rural communities and local economic development. Social benefits of S/369,553 are projected in the first year and S/1,121,009 in the fifth. The application contributes to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 8 and 11, generating employment in tourist regions and reducing the carbon footprint through optimized routes, with a saving of more than 11,000 tons of CO2 in five years. This solution responds to a key need of Peruvian tourism and is aligned with digitalization and sustainability trends.
