Resumen
El presente informe tiene como propósito describir el logro de las competencias de
aprendizaje: diagnóstica, interviene y evalúa, competencias adquiridas en el desarrollo de la
práctica preprofesional como interna de psicología en una institución pública de Lima
Metropolitana. Para cumplir con el objetivo de la competencia Diagnostica, se realizó la
identificación de necesidades y problemáticas presentes en la población escolar y docente de
una Institución Educativa de enseñanza Inicial, haciendo uso de herramientas de recojo de
información como las entrevistas individuales a la directora y coordinadora de TOE y
entrevista grupal a docentes. Para la competencia Interviene, se diseñó una intervención
modelo, en la que se implementaron estrategias y actividades como la elaboración y dictado
de talleres psicoeducativos para padres de familia y docentes, así como también espacios de
escucha para padres de familia, docentes y niños. El objetivo general del programa era
brindar acompañamiento psicológico y contención a la población de Docentes y
Padres/Madres de Familia de la I.E.I. Y los objetivos específicos eran psicoeducar a los
docentes y a los padres y las madres de familia de la I.E.I en temas de crianza,
autorregulación y soporte emocional en tiempos de pandemia. Además de fortalecer las
capacidades y competencias de los docentes y a los padres y las madres de familia de la I.E.I.
Por último, para la competencia evalúa, se expondrá la intervención realizada en una
Institución Educativa de Lima Metropolitana.
The purpose of this report is to describe the achievement of learning competences: diagnosis, intervention and evaluation, skills acquired in the development of pre-professional practice as a psychology intern in a public institution in Metropolitan Lima. To meet the objective of the Diagnostic competence, the identification of needs and problems present in the school and teaching population of an Initial Educational Institution was carried out, making use of information collection tools such as individual interviews with the director and coordinator of TOE and group interview with teachers. For the Intervenes competition, a model intervention was designed, in which strategies and activities were implemented such as the elaboration and dictation of psychoeducational workshops for parents and teachers, as well as listening spaces for parents, teachers and children. The general objective of the program was to provide psychological accompaniment and containment to the population of Teachers and Parents of the I.E.I. And the specific objectives were to psychoeducate teachers and parents of the I.E.I in matters of upbringing and emotional support in times of pandemic. In addition to strengthening the capacities and competencies of teachers and parents of the I.E.I. Finally, for the evaluated competition, the intervention carried out in an Educational Institution of Metropolitan Lima will be presented.
