¿Cómo negociar con peruanos del sector eléctrico?

Abstract
En la actualidad negociar es sumamente importante, dada la globalización que
vivimos, las empresas han tenido la necesidad de conquistar los mercados de forma
global, pero ellas se enfrentan a diferentes retos, uno de los más importantes es
conocer las características de cómo se negocia en determinada región o país.
El presente estudio cualitativo aplicó el método del caso múltiple de Robert
Yin para recolectar información y comparar los resultados obtenidos sobre las
características de cómo negocian los peruanos en el sector eléctrico.
En el presente estudio se analizó una muestra de 15 casos y se encontraron
indicios que existen factores coincidentes acerca de la forma y las características de
cómo negocian los peruanos dentro del sector eléctrico.
Entre los factores estudiados tenemos: (a) comunicación, lenguaje utilizado y modo
de presentación; (b) comportamiento durante las reuniones y protocolos utilizados, (c)
costumbres sociales y temas de conversación, (d) habilidades y destrezas en el manejo
de las condiciones del entorno, (e) uso de la tecnología como elemento de apoyo en
las negociaciones, (f) disputas y controversias en el desarrollo de la negociación, (g)
lazos de amistad, obsequios y lugares de entretenimiento; y (h) temas de conversación
que se deben evitar.
Como resultado de la presente investigación se detallaron los resultados de los
casos y se explicaron las diferencias encontradas, resaltando las opiniones más
importantes y que ayudaron a obtener conclusiones relevantes de cómo negocian los
peruanos en el sector eléctrico
Presently, negotiation is very important due to globalization. Companies have the need to conquer global markets and are faced with different challenges, being one of the most important the manner in which negotiation occurs in a certain region or country. This qualitative study applied the multiple case method of Robert Yin to gather information and compare results obtained regarding the characteristics of how Peruvians negotiate in the electric sector. The study analyzed a sample of fifteen cases and indications were found regarding the existence of coincident factors related to the manner and characteristics of how Peruvians negotiate in the electric sector. Among the factors studied are: (a) communications, language used and manner of introduction; (b) behavior during meetings and protocols applied; (c) social customs and conversation topics; (d) knowledge and skills for managing the space; (e) use of Technology as support element in negotiation; (f) disputes and controversies during negotiations; (g) friendship, gifts and entertainment facilities; and (h) conversation topics to be avoided. As result of this Research, case findings were presented in detail and the differences found were explained, highlighting the most important opinions which helped to reach relevant conclusions regarding the manner in which Peruvians negotiate in the electric sector
