Abstract
El presente análisis de investigación tiene como finalidad realizar el diagnóstico
operativo empresarial de la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Huancayo (Caja
Huancayo), el cual se centra en el análisis del Departamento de Contratos y Recuperaciones
específicamente en el proceso de recuperación de créditos, con la finalidad de poder
identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer estrategias que agreguen valor a las
operaciones del proceso del departamento, considerando que su ratio de cartera atrasada es de
3.38% con respecto al saldo de créditos al cierre del ejercicio 2017.
El proceso de recuperación de crédito es un proceso clave en el negocio financiero
para esta empresa toda vez que el flujo de ingresos producto del pago de las cuotas de los
créditos es el que le otorga valor, habiendo alcanzado en el año 2017 la Caja Huancayo
ingresos financieros por S/ 609´500,021.02 y una utilidad neta de S/ 90´037,707.23. El
volumen de recuperación de créditos en condición de morosidad que generó el departamento
materia de estudio es de S/ 93´072,148.71 en el mismo periodo.
El diagnóstico operativo empresarial se estructura en quince apartados donde señala
el período de las operaciones, su observación y las propuestas de mejora que planteamos. En
ese sentido, se procede a describir en la primera parte información importante relacionada a
las características organizacionales y operativas de Caja Huancayo, así como el
Departamento de Contratos y Recuperaciones, analizándose la distribución de la planta y el
planeamiento de sus recursos y procesos. Es por ello que, realizamos un estudio detallado,
orientado al incremento de la productividad, aumento de la eficiencia y, la reducción de
costos por tiempos y movimientos el cual le permitirá ser más competitivo. La inversión para
la implementación de las propuestas de mejora asciende a S/ 2,732,232.00, lo cual generará
un VAN incremental de S/ 30,051,400.00 en un horizonte de 5 años.
The purpose of this research analysis is to perform the business operational diagnosis of the Caja Huancayo Savings and Credit Bank (Caja Huancayo), which focuses on the analysis of the Contracts and Recovery Department specifically in the credit recovery process. with the purpose of being able to identify opportunities for improvement and propose strategies that add value to the operations of the department process, considering that its past due loan ratio is 3.38% with respect to the balance of loans at the end of 2017. The process of recovery of credit is a key process in the financial business for this company since the flow of income from the payment of loan installments is the one that gives it value, having reached in the year 2017 the Caja Huancayo income financial statements for S / 609'500,021.02 and a net profit of S / 90'037,707.23. The volume of recovery of loans in delinquency condition that generated the department subject of study is S / 93'072,148.71 in the same period. The operative business diagnosis is structured in fifteen sections where it indicates the period of operations, its observation and the improvement proposals that we propose. In this sense, we proceed to describe in the first part important information related to the organizational and operational characteristics of Caja Huancayo, as well as the Contracts and Recovery Department, analyzing the distribution of the plant and the planning of its resources and processes. That is why, we conducted a detailed study, aimed at increasing productivity, increasing efficiency and reducing costs by time and movements which will allow you to be more competitive. The investment for the implementation of the improvement proposals amounts to S / 2,732,232.00, which will generate an incremental NPV of S / 30,051,400.00 over a 5-year horizon.
