Abstract
This investigation analyzed the level of quality of manufacturing processes in Non Alcoholic Beverages companies in Peru, and validated if there is a positive relationship between those companies that are ISO 9001 certified and quality levels with those that do not. For this purpose is used the methodology of the nine factors of Total Quality Management (TQM) andsuch as reference the study by Benzaquen (2013) for Peruvian companies. This study is based on a 35 questions questionnaire, which in this study was applied at six of the largest Peruvian companies in the field (annual sales of at least 20 million liters), which represent 95% of market. As a result, it was shown that there is no relation between companies that are ISO 9001 certified and their level of the nine factors of quality and those who do not, being internationally certified companies the ones with lower levels of quality
