Abstract
eran homologados o no.
Cálidda - Gas Natural de Lima y Callao S.A. is a Peruvian company that has a concession from the State for a period of 33 years that can be extended to design, build and operate the natural gas distribution system in the department of Lima and the Constitutional Province of Callao. The objective of this consultancy is to identify a solution proposal to implement the criteria of goals 4.7 and 8.7 in the certification process of Cálidda's suppliers. To determine the proposed solution, the qualitative analysis was carried out to determine the relevant evaluation criteria and to prioritize them. Likewise, a quantitative analysis was carried out to identify the qualifications of the suppliers and thus determine whether they were approved or not. According to the findings, it was determined to implement the homologation program with the evaluation criteria for the fulfillment of goals 4.7 and goal 8.7. A development plan is also proposed based on itineraries to improve capacities in sustainability and fundamental rights. Subsequently, an implementation plan was designed to execute the activities through which the use of the supplier approval process in goals 4.7 and goals 8.7 will become widespread, a Gantt was designed with 15 weeks duration and a budget of 2,500 soles and 392 man hours worked. Finally, it was identified that the solution proposal will have an impact on 2,044 people, generating an increase in the SROI of 5%, which is equivalent to $2,058 for every dollar invested in sustainability, since it will be possible to increase the number of beneficiaries without significantly increasing the budget.
