Abstract
Peru is considered a developing country because of its outstanding and rapid economic growth in the last decade, with an average GDP of 5.9% above other Latin American countries. However, in the Global Competitiveness Report, Peru lags behind in terms of basic factors and factors of innovation. From this perspective, the creation of this Strategic Plan for Peru aims to establish strategies that allow sustained economic growth and a significant improvement in the life quality of every citizen in the country. Also, with focus on industrialization, agro export, tourism, fishing, mining and education, and developing strengths in mining and tourism industries. Thus, strong vision and mission for Peru are proposed to year 2030. That is why the proposed objectives are elaborated after careful research and a detailed analysis of the entire strategic process. Having as a concept that the best results are obtained in a long term and full knowledge of the market and competitors. On the other hand, greater emphasis has been placed on the development of industry and education, with the objective of doubling its participation in the international market and becoming the leading country in the region, taking in count the 12 competitiveness pillars. Within the development of this Plan, 24 strategies have been proposed. They are focused on covering aspects of industrialization, export, educational reform, infrastructure and innovation and development. In addition, compliance requires Peruvian leader commitment, private public cooperation and the articulation of industry with professionals with science, technology and innovation specialization
