Abstract
La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar si la propuesta de la gestión de
compras aplicando el proceso analítico jerárquico (AHP) contribuye a la mejora de la gestión
de compras sostenibles en la empresa P&D Andina Alimentos S.A., la investigación tuvo un
enfoque cuantitativo, diseño transeccional y alcance descriptivo. Los resultados obtenidos
muestran que no existe una metodología para la evaluación y selección de proveedores de la
empresa, solo lo realizan teniendo en cuenta los criterios de calidad, no consideraban los
criterios de compras sostenibles. Se realizó la implementación de la metodología AHP para la
evaluación y selección de proveedores teniendo como eje principal los siguientes criterios:
Sostenibilidad, calidad, financiero y producción, se utilizó el software SUPER DECISIONS
para realizar la corrida de la implementación de la metodología AHP donde se analizó los
proveedores de 5 insumos teniendo los siguientes resultados para el insumo cartón se
seleccionó a la empresa CARVINSA, para la azúcar se seleccionó a la empresa Sol de
Laredo, para las etiquetas se seleccionó al proveedor Amauta, para la pectina se escogió a
Quimtia S.A. y para los envases flexibles se escogió a Novalene. Se recomienda la aplicación
de la metodología AHP, porque con las políticas de compras sostenibles la empresa redujo su
consumo de agua en 2,360.83 m3, un ahorro en energía de 1,576,448.97 kwh y residuos
peligrosos generados de 3,065.95 TM al año; lo cual le genera un ahorro de S/ 321,119.53 al
año. Así mismo el proyecto genera un VAN de S/ 819,249.59, TIR de 136.70% un B/C de
8.00 y un retorno de la inversión en 0.75 años, por lo tanto, el proyecto es viable.
The objective of this thesis was to determine if the purchasing management proposal applying the analytical hierarchical process (AHP) contributes to the improvement of sustainable purchasing management in the company P&D Andina Alimentos S.A., the research had a quantitative approach, transactional design and descriptive scope. The results obtained show that there is no methodology for the evaluation and selection of the company's suppliers, they only do it taking into account the quality criteria, they did not consider the criteria of sustainable purchases. The implementation of the AHP methodology was carried out for the evaluation and selection of suppliers, having as main axis the following criteria: Sustainability, quality, financial and production, the SUPER DECISIONS software was used to carry out the run of the implementation of the AHP methodology where The suppliers of 5 inputs were analyzed, having the following results: for the cardboard input, the company CARVINSA was selected, for sugar the company Sol de Laredo was selected, for the labels the supplier Amauta was selected, for pectin Quimtia S.A. was chosen. and for flexible packaging, Novalene was chosen.
