Abstract
El presente proyecto aborda la implementación de un modelo de negocio sostenible.
Tech-Ecowash es una marca que ofrece servicios de lavado de vehículos, centrándose en la
sostenibilidad y la calidad del servicio al cliente. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es
impactar los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) 6 y 12, relacionados con el agua
limpia y saneamiento, así como la producción y consumo responsables.
El modelo de negocio se basa en la utilización de un sistema de recirculación de agua
potable y el uso de productos eco amigables. Esto permite reducir el consumo de agua y
minimizar el impacto ambiental de los procesos de lavado de vehículos. Además, la empresa
se enfoca en ofrecer un servicio de calidad.
La propuesta de valor de Tech-Ecowash es la priorización del valor del tiempo de los
clientes. La aplicación móvil que permite programar servicios de lavado de manera
conveniente y eficiente, además se ha creado un ambiente acogedor, entretenido y seguro
para brindar una experiencia agradable a los clientes.
En cuanto a la viabilidad económica del proyecto, se ha realizado una inversión inicial
de S/ 186,193 ($ 48,162). Además, se estima que el Valor Actual Neto (VAN) del proyecto es
de S/ 3 ́262,564 ($ 843,912), una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) de 130.33% lo que indica un
retorno financiero favorable a lo largo del tiempo. Cabe destacar que también se ha calculado
un VAN social de S/ 3 ́145,497 ($ 827,762) lo que demuestra el impacto positivo en la
sociedad y la comunidad.
En resumen, este proyecto de tesis presenta la implementación de un modelo de
negocio sostenible para Tech-Ecowash, una marca de lavado de vehículos. La empresa busca
impactar los ODS 6 y 12 mediante la recirculación de agua potable y el uso de productos eco
amigables.
The present project addresses the implementation of a sustainable business model. Tech Ecowash is a brand that offers vehicle washing services, focusing on sustainability and customer service quality. The main objective of this project is to impact Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 6 and 12, related to clean water and sanitation, as well as responsible production and consumption. The business model is based on the utilization of a potable water recirculation system and the use of eco-friendly products. This enables the reduction of water consumption and minimizes the environmental impact of vehicle washing processes. Furthermore, the company emphasizes providing a quality service. Tech Ecowash's value proposition lies in prioritizing customers' time value. The mobile application that allows for convenient and efficient scheduling of washing services, along with the creation of a welcoming, enjoyable, and secure environment, aims to provide a pleasant experience for customers. Regarding the economic feasibility of the project, an initial investment of S/ 186,193 ($48,162) has been made. Moreover, the Net Present Value (NPV) of the project is estimated to be S/ 3 ́262,564 ($843,912), with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 130.33%, indicating a favorable financial return over time. It is noteworthy that a social NPV of S/ 3,145,497 ($827,762) has also been calculated, demonstrating the positive impact on society and the community.
