Conocimiento del desarrollo fonológico y sus dificultades en docentes del nivel inicial de instituciones educativas privadas y públicas de la UGEL 07 de Lima Metropolitana

Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer el nivel de
conocimiento de los docentes de instituciones educativas públicas y privadas
pertenecientes a la Ugel 07 de Lima Metropolitana en relación con el desarrollo
fonológico y sus dificultades en niños del nivel inicial. La muestra que se estudió
estuvo conformada por un total de 108 docentes de los cuales 61 pertenecen a
instituciones educativas públicas y 47 a instituciones educativas privadas. El
método utilizado es descriptivo – comparativo y el tipo de diseño es de encuesta.
Para ello, se elaboró un cuestionario de 27 ítems que fue validado a través del juicio
de expertos y de pruebas de confiabilidad a partir de la fórmula Kuder Richardson
20, cuyo resultado fue 0.69. Este puntaje evidenció que el cuestionario es confiable
para su aplicación.
En cuanto a los resultados de la investigación, no se halló diferencias
estadísticamente significativas en el nivel de conocimiento del desarrollo
fonológico y sus dificultades entre los docentes de instituciones educativas públicas
y privadas. Sin embargo, en relación con el nivel de conocimiento de las
dimensiones de dificultades fonológicas, desarrollo fonológico, procesos
fonológicos y conciencia fonológica, los profesores se ubicaron dentro de un nivel
bajo y medio.
The purpose of this research is to find out the knowledge level of public and private educational institution teachers belonging to the Local Educational Management Unit (UGEL) N° 07 of Metropolitan Lima regarding phonological development and its difficulties among preschool children. The sample that was studied consisted of a total of 108 teachers, of which 61 belong to public educational institutions and 47 to private educational institutions. The descriptive-comparative method and survey design type were used. For this research, a 27-item questionnaire was prepared that was validated through expert judgment and reliability tests based on the Kuder Richardson Formula 20, the result of which was 0.69. This score showed that the questionnaire is reliable for its application. Regarding the research results, no statistically significant differences were found in the knowledge level of phonological development and its difficulties among teachers of public and private educational institutions. However, concerning the knowledge level of the dimensions of phonological difficulties, phonological development, phonological processes, and phonological awareness, the teachers ranged within a low and intermediate level.
