This helps improve treatment adherence and enhances the quality of life for patients. The target market consists of urban residents of Lima diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and overweight, who seek technological solutions for continuous and effective health management. The Net Present Value (NPV) is S/ 2’113,177, indicating that the project generates substantial value for investors. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 179%, significantly higher than the cost of capital, reflecting excellent profitability. In addition to its profitability, ClubMedic also has a positive societal impact, contributing to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequality), which reinforces its economic and social relevance.
