Abstract
Airport Partners S.R.L.
The objective of the consultancy carried out for this report was aimed at generating improvements in the level of customer satisfaction, increasing the revenues of the company Lima Airport Partners (LAP) and avoiding sanctions by the regulatory entity. To this end, the current problems of the company were analyzed, and it was identified, based on prioritization criteria, that the main problem is the delay in the preparation, review, approval and execution of technical files and / or work plans of the external users of the AIJC. From the main problem, ten causes were identified, and possible alternative solutions were proposed. Then, through the benefit-feasibility matrix, the benefits that could be generated by solving the causes of the problem and the feasibility of solving the solution were analyzed. Based on this analysis, seven solution alternatives were evaluated according to their complexity, the effort required, costs and time. It was determined to solve the problem from three key alternatives and necessary for the solution of problems. Subsequently, an implementation plan of the three proposed alternatives was designed to improve the process and cost evaluation. These initiatives were worked on separately because they were independent. Finally, the results of the implementation of the technical files platform, updating of the manual and the proposal of a team dedicated to the review of technical files and work plans are shown, whose result allowed to have a favorable scenario as a competitive advantage in contribution to the objective of Lima Airport Partners.
